An experiential exploration of leadership as lived practice, focusing on impact, alignment and performance in real time. Working with a highly skilled vocal ensemble, participants enter a musical environment where leadership is embodied and leaders receive immediate, unfiltered feedback on their actions. Through structured reflection and facilitated dialogue, the experience creates opportunities to explore how leadership is experienced by others and how teams respond when clarity, intent or alignment shift. Exploring teamwork as a dynamic craft, this workshop focuses on the relationships, behaviours and cultures that shape highly effective teams. As participants come together to perform a piece of music, they encounter many of the same opportunities and challenges that arise within organisational life. The musical setting brings these dynamics into sharper focus, providing tangible and audible feedback on how people work together and creating opportunities for discussion, insight and fresh perspective.
